I'm dedicated to providing an excellent service and I do really mean it. We live in a world where there's things that look good but are not solid. artentic is not one of them, I assure you!


All your print orders are fulfilled by SmugMug, a professional online service for photographers. I have chosen them as I believe they do an excellent work and have never let me down. However, I do also know that sometimes even the best can drop the ball. The good news is - there's nothing to worry about, we'll get you sorted!


If you are unhappy with your print or gift order for some reason, please let me know. If your order does not meet the standard you expected, you can get your image re-printed or your money returned. Please contact me, ideally within 14 days of receiving your order.

I aim to deal with your support enquiries as fast as I can, but please keep in mind that not everything is directly in my control - e.g. I have to contact print labs that printed your images, etc. Therefore, please be patient and I will keep you updated.
